Sign in and access your workspace

Sign in

An invited questionnaire respondent may instead receive a separate onboarding link; a workspace account is not needed for that guest journey.

1. Open the KYC Genie sign-in page and use the email address associated with your account.
2. Follow the sign-in or verification prompts shown for your account.
3. If you received a team invitation, open the invitation and follow the prompts to join or sign in to an existing account.
4. Check the workspace shown after sign-in before accessing or creating records.

If access fails

Check that you used the invited email address and the complete, most recent invitation link. An invitation can be unavailable or expired; ask the inviting workspace manager for help or a new invitation. If a workspace access or payment message appears, contact your workspace manager.
