Getting started
Getting started with KYC Genie
Learn how entities, questionnaires and reviews fit together.
The basic workflow
A workspace organises due diligence around companies and individuals, called entities. A due diligence questionnaire, or DDQ, is a set of questions that can be sent to a respondent. A response contains their answers and supporting files.
What you can see and do depends on your role, plan and the current workspace mode.
- Open Companies or Individuals and find or create the entity you want to assess.
- Create or choose a DDQ template, then send a questionnaire from the entity's record.
- Check DDQs for the response status. Once submitted, review the answers and any supporting evidence.
- Use the entity record to examine available screening, verification and entity review information.
Before you begin
Check that you are in the intended workspace and in live or test mode as appropriate. If an action is missing or unavailable, ask a workspace manager to check your access and plan.
