Understand the entity review

Use evidence and policy information to support an entity-level decision.

Examine the review

The displayed policy result is not a substitute for a reviewer's decision. The information and actions shown depend on the available evidence, policy and your permissions.

  1. Open the entity and select Open Entity Review when available.
  2. Examine the displayed risk tier, status, risks and underlying findings. Check whether the display is a live preview or a formal evaluation.
  3. Review any existing decision, reviewer notes and indications that current evidence differs from the formal evaluation.

Record or reconsider a decision

Not every decision or override is available in every situation. Ask an authorised reviewer or workspace manager if you cannot proceed.

  1. If authorised, select an available decision and confirmed tier, enter notes and select Confirm decision.
  2. Address any missing requirements or validation messages before trying again.
  3. When a further review is appropriate and available, use Review again and examine the updated evidence.
